Step 1: Gather Documents
Before you begin filling out your application or make an appointment at the consulate, it’s a good idea to gather all of the necessary documents. You’ll need the following to apply for the visa:
- Valid Passport
- Notarized Passport Sized Photos (2)
- Proof of Remote Work
- Proof of Income
- Criminal Background Check
- Proof of Health Insurance
- Address of Accommodations
- CV and/or Resume
- Letter of Intent for Living in Cyprus
Once you have all of these documents you’re one step closer to submitting your application.
Step 2: Submit Your Application
Schedule an appointment at your nearest Cyprus embassy or consulate to submit your application. You must also have your signature on the application notarized by a Notary.
Be sure to apply for the visa at least three weeks before your intended departure date.
Step 3: Wait for Approval
It can take anywhere from two to three months to receive an answer about your visa application. However, it can be shorter depending on the consulate and how many applications they’ve received.
