Nomad residence permit

Requirements:

1. A remote job with a valid contract.
2. Health insurance covering risks in Malta.
3. Hold of a valid property rental or purchase agreement.
4. Pass a background verification check.
5. Have a minimum gross yearly income of €32,400.

2. The permit may be renewed twice, for a total stay of a maximum of three years.
